    Although Stephan’s handsome smile is gone forever and his hands you cannot touch, there is so many memories to remind us why we loved him so much. We will keep those memories as our keepsake which will never part, God has him in his loving care and we will carry him in our hearts.

Stephan Purdimon, born on November 17, 1998, in St. Paul, Minnesota, passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2024. He was the beloved son of Romielle Smith and Broderick Purdimon.

Stephan worked as a service porter at Andy Mohr Chrysler Dealership. Outside of work, he found joy in creating music and sharing home-cooked meals with family and friends. Above all, Stephan was a devoted father who took immense pride in being involved in his son Kai’s life. His love extended to his dog, King, whom he raised from a puppy and loved dearly.

Stephan is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Marlene Smith-Daniels; his grandfather, Clyde Smith; his paternal grandmother, Sharon Foster; and his beloved aunt, Tisha Smith, along with his cousin, Danny Means II.

He is survived by his loving mother, Romielle Smith; his father, Broderick Purdimon; his cherished son, Kai Stephan Purdimon; his brother, James Jamarr Purdimon; and his sister, Michelle Z’kia Purdimon. He also leaves behind his aunts, Norvella Smith, Cheryl Smith, Lillian (Harbest) Blair, and Donyel Foster; uncles, Daryll (Kimberley) Smith, and Danny (Mary) Means; as well as cousins, Ian Smith, Jaquan Smith, Ariel Beacham, Tanity Means, Michael Beacham, Daryll Smith Jr., Loring Beacham Jr., and Kimani Warren.

Stephan will forever be remembered for his infectious personality, his sense of humor, his ambition, and his sense of style. His presence brought light to every room, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Family and friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 22, 2024 at Tippecanoe Funeral Chapel. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 22, 2024, at Tippecanoe Funeral Chapel, 3631 Morehouse Road, West Lafayette, Indiana. Burial will follow.
