Robert “Robbie” McKendire

Robert (Robbie) McKendrie, 56 passed away December 19,2022. A lifelong resident of Lafayette, he was
born in Lafayette on April 23,1966 to the late Robert I. and Betty Grimes McKendrie. He attended
Lafayette Jeff High School. He was a caring and protective brother to his sisters. He enjoyed sports
especially football and motorcycles. He is survived by his son Nicholas McKendrie of Lafayette, three
sisters Lisa (Eli) Marler of Lafayette, Lora Ann Hart of Shadeland, and Laura Sadler of Lafayette, nieces
Joshalyn Roberts of Lafayette, Vanessa (Chad) Cribbs of Normal, IL, Christin (Scott) Lowery of Monticello,
nephews Tim Horner of Lafayette, and Jordan Serano of Lafayette.
Interment will be held at a later date at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens, West Lafayette, IN.
