Bonnie Jones

Bonnie June Jones, 82, of Lafayette, Indiana, went to be with her Lord at 8:11 PM at her
residence. She was born on September 15,1940 in Shelbyville, Illinois to the late Clarence
and Lois (Conner)Ruff. Bonnie worked many years for Bennett’s Greenhouse in Lafayette.
She enjoyed reading, gardening, and travelling the US and world, including many European
countries and Caribbean Islands, India, Israel, Kenya, Guatemala, and Australia. She prided
herself in making people smile.
Bonnie is survived by son Doug Jones of Attica, Indiana; daughters Donna Ozolin (husband
Aaron) of Martinsville, Indiana and Dedra Jones of Alaska; sister Connie Waikel of Lafayette,
Indiana; brother Scot Ruff of Lafayette, Indiana; three grandchildren: Christan Mikel of
Wallace, Indiana, Dr. Jordan Ozolin of Providence, Rhode Island, and Aubree Jones of Attica,
Indiana; and three great grandchildren: Izayah Smallwood, Landry Mikel and Maevyn Clore.
Her services will be held in private.
